The people of Judah had adopted special times of fasting to recognize their spiritual and physical condition of exile. But over time, these days of fasting ceased being times when people were focused on God and many just went through the motions. Join Pastor Greg as he shares that God desires more than personal holiness what true fasting that pleases God really looks like.

The shepherds were among the first witnesses to the Christ child. But what happened next? Their lives had to have been altered as a result of this encounter. As we've encountered Christ during this Christmas season how might our lives be changed as we enter a brand new year?

At the end of chapter one, Luke wraps up his introduction to the birth of Jesus. Elizabeth and Zechariah's son, who will be the "opening act" to Jesus' ministry is born. After his 9-month, God-imposed time of silence, in joy and happiness Zechariah bursts forth with song at the birth of his son. Join Pastor Greg as he shares what Zechariah learned from his time of not being able to speak and how we may employ a MUTE button in our own lives.

The joy expressed between Mary and Elizabeth in this passage is incredible. Join with Pastor Greg as he shares how we can learn to be joyful followers of Jesus and how we can spread that joy to others.
